I absolutely have to commend these guys on their fantastic service.Called about my washing machine not working, they had lots of patience with me while I explained everything I thought (with my limited knowledge) was wrong.This being a Friday, they fetched it and had it back to me on Sunday and fully working.

My Samsung washing machine was diagnosed and collected at 13h30 after phoning Mark at 10h00. Was returned at 10h30 the following day after the motor replaced. Awesome service from Colin and Megan. I can highly recommend Appliance Repair King.

I'm absolutely bowled over by the service received from ARK. My machine was taken in for repairs, fixed and delivered to me same day!I've never even received service like this in Jhb..wow. They tricked me in paying far to much. Didn't tell me that they can't do it on site, they picked my dishwasher up after paying R550 callout and another R1450 later got it back. A new one's price is R4500. The only problem was that it tripped the electricity and they did a complete service on a machine that washed perfectly, drained perfectly it just tripped the electricity, so an electronic fault.

Very Professional. It's really nice to see a Company that's so efficant and On time. Also very Sanitary. When they came they were Sanatized and Masked. And kept a safe distance. They brought my machine back looking brand new...and I really felt safe around them because of how Sanitary they really are . I am thankful to Mark and his friendly and helpful staff. My second-hand Defy stove wasn't working, so I messaged A.R.K one afternoon and Colin arrived promptly the next morning to see if it could be fixed on-site. Unfortunately there was a selector switch that had to be replaced, so the stove was taken to their premises to be repaired. I was given a very reasonable quote and the stove was repaired and returned within 48 hours. I am really happy with the good service and pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

Upon searching for a company to fix my washing machine, I came across Appliance Repair King amongst hundreds of other companies. I am so glad I chose them. They were professional, efficient and timeous in picking my machine up and determining what was wrong with it. Luckily my machine was still under warranty and Mark graciously delivered my machine to LG at no charge. My point of contact at Appliance Repair was Ella and she was amazing. I would highly recommend Appliance Repair King for their professionalism, high quality and outstanding service. Definitely a five star experience!

Picked up on time. Feedback came within reasonable time and most important, they weren't after a sale. My appliance wasn't worth fixing and they were honest about it. An honest tradesman is worth more than saving a penny. I highly recommend them.

Wow, I am totally amazed by Mark and his team from Appliance Repair King. I made contact this morning at 08:42, its now 11:55 same day and we busy doing washing already. My machine unfortunately was not repairable due to many factors, however I was Blessed with a replacement machine for a Real Great Price, its already installed and my Dad is busy doing some washing already. Seriously efficient. They managed to help me on a Saturday (I messaged on the Friday) and fixed my machine on site, no delays and waiting. I have used other companies for repairs but this was by far my best experience. Would 100% recommend them.

I have had THE BEST service ever dealing with Mark and Colin at Appliance repair King. Unfortunately my old washing machine is so damaged that it is too costly to repair for me but they lent me a machine to use until I can replace my machine with a new one! They also came out as an emergency call after 8PM which is well after business hours to deliver the spare machine and to collect mine to quote on. Don't go anywhere else - only use Appliance Repair King!! Speak to Mark - these people are reliable and HONEST. Last of the breed!

Mark has fixed a few things for me as i am the GM of a hotel . 5 TV`s my own washing machine at home and now 2 very large industrial washing machines from the Hotel. I called and in 1 day it was fixed.....Very professional and the only guys to call if you want the job done right first time. don't waste your money on chancers.

Phoned in the morning. Stove collected in the afternoon.They called the next morning re problem with the make of the stove and availability of replace parts. Solution suggested and effected with stove reinstalled less than 24 hours after initial call, AND at a reasonable price. Who can but recommend these guys in the highest. Ngiyajabula kakhulu!!!!
